Angel investors often require third party validation of a specific opportunity before they are willing to invest.  The CIC has now developed an enhanced version of its CFA, with additional financial and implementation information. The IRS is a useful diagnostic tool and a third party report which can be shared with potential investors. The IRS costs $2400 and includes a site visit.
